We empathise that a lot of our customers are concerned about the ongoing uncertainty of the coronavirus (Covid-19).
It’s a very uncertain time for everyone and no doubt you are considering your holiday plans, and your booking with us.
Whilst we do remain open for business, we are closed for any casual viewings or visits. All of our motorhomes are staying locked and sealed.
This means we are open to accommodate bookings but all of our hire motorhomes are sealed and closed to viewings to keep them clean and infection-free ready for the hire customers who are booked to use them. We would ask that customers view our motorhomes on our website where there are photos and video tours as well as lots of technical information.
We also, of course, welcome customers who wish to continue with their holiday and utilise their motorhome to self-isolate.
Your booking with us:
Over the past week, the spread of the Covid-19 Virus and associated Government travel restrictions, many of which have been imposed without notice, have had a significant and negative impact on our business. Because of this, we want to offer you, our customers, as much flexibility as possible in relation to your scheduled travel plans.
You may choose to continue with your booking and we are happy to do this subject to any travel restrictions imposed on us all.
You may be considering cancelling your booking. If so, please read on.
These are exceptional and unprecedented times. We have never taken money from a customer who has then not had a motorhome hire in exchange.
We want to work with our customers.
We are now offering you the following options in relation to your booking with us:
We are happy to offer a voucher/credit note for monies paid on bookings with us cancelled or postponed as a result of the Covid-19 outbreak.
You can move your motorhome booking free of charge to a date in the future. There will be no re-booking fee for this. You will only have to pay the difference in the published seasonal price should you change your dates to a different season to the one booked.
We are unable to refund any monies paid as per our terms of booking but we would like to offer the value as a voucher with us valid for up to 12 months to allow you to book later in the year or even into 2021.
We really, really, want to survive this crisis and stay in business after this awful chapter and we look forward to sending you off on an adventure very soon. We are working hard to plan, NOT panic.
The safety and well-being of our team and customers is our main priority and we are working closely with everyone we can. We will follow any travel restrictions that are imposed and will continue to comply with all WHO guidelines to combat the Covid-19 Virus
