When I originally started the business back in 2017, The plan was for this to be a small side seasonal business alongside our established car dealership. It wasn’t long before I realised the demand for motorhome holidays and also the enjoyment i got from meeting the customers. Such a different experience to selling a car to someone. Now my focus is 100% into hiring motorhomes and delivering great customer service. We aim to be the best reviewed motorhome hire company in the UK
Lucy joined the business in 2018 to help with the efficiency and professionalism of our customer service. A lot of time is spent arranging insurance for our customers and obtaining the correct documents for that insurance. Having Lucy on-board to smooth this process out before the customers collects their motorhomes means a much less stressful collection process on the day for the customer.
