What’s included in my motorhome hire?
All our motorhomes are fully equipped with essentials for your journey — including unlimited mileage, WiFi, Smart TV, outdoor furniture, cutlery, and more. You’ll also get a free additional driver and dog-friendly options.
What insurance is included and can I reduce the excess?
Every hire comes with standard insurance and a £1,500 excess. To reduce your liability, you can upgrade to one of our Excess Reduction Packages:
Bronze: £29.95 – Covers windscreen & Tyre Damage
Silver: £65 – As above + Wingmirror cover
Gold: £249 – Reduces excess to £300 for one claim & covers all of the above
What are the driver requirements?
Drivers must be aged 25 to 79 and hold a valid licence. A Standard UK licence is all that’s required for driving our motorhomes as they are under 3500kg. We’ll need to check your documents before the hire begins.
What happens if there’s damage or an emergency?
If there’s an incident, report it within 24 hours. We’ll guide you through the claims process. For peace of mind, consider an Excess Reduction Package. In an emergency, our team is just a phone call away.
Can I bring my dog along?
Absolutely! We offer dog-friendly motorhome hire, so your four-legged friend can join the adventure. Just let us know in advance so we can make your motorhome ready for pet-friendly travel.
What is the pick-up and drop-off process like?
We aim to make things simple and stress-free. Our expert team provides a comprehensive handover, and we’re always available if you need help during your trip. Pick-up and drop-off take place at our Cambridge base.
